What do y’all track for marketing?
We are currently utilizing Apple Store for distribution purposes. We will be provided the number of downloads to see how people like our apps and perhaps the geographic location (at the country level) where our users are located for localization purposes. This is standard for every app that is released on the App Store.
Okay. How about anything users voluntarily disclose to you?
Any information you provide to us via email for either support or feature request purposes is used only for, well, support or feature request purposes. We do not broker your data with third parties. It’s simply not cool.
We currently are building apps for Apple platforms under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement.

Privacy Policy
Effective: January 2025
Introduction
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the type of information that Madebetter Studio (“Madebetter LLC”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”) gathers from users of apps made by us (henceforth referred to as “the Apps”).
If you have any questions about this Policy, we encourage you to contact us at support+legal@madebetter.studio.
We believe privacy is a universal right and encourage you to read this Policy to understand how we are safeguarding your information. It is worth noting that by using the Apps, you consent to the Privacy Policy.
Information We Obtain and How It Is Used
We do not collect, nor the Apps are capable of collecting, any personally identifiable or usage information from you. Any data you generate during use is stored on-device by default.
In the event of you voluntarily contacting us for support or feature requests in writing, we may retain any voluntarily disclosed information from you only for its intended purposes. We will never disclose or share your information with any third party unless you explicitly grant us permission in writing or otherwise required by law.
Third-party Applications and Services
In the event a subscription service is provided and you decide to begin an active subscription to the Apps, Apple or a chosen subscription integration service, may use your purchase history to facilitate with transaction, refund, or anonymized aggregate data for sales use only. This is a standard practice for any app that has a subscription capability.
When iCloud capabilities are enabled on your device, iCloud may create a backup of data from the Apps. To turn iCloud back-up off, you can refer to relevant support resources from Apple.

How Long We Keep Your Information
For sales information, they may be stored in aggregate to for tax reporting purposes or as required by law.
For any voluntarily disclosed information by you to us for the purpose of support or feature request, they may be retained to the full extent of bringing resolution to you. You retain the right to have such information deleted by providing us with a written notice after a resolution is reached.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy. When we do, the “Last Revised” date at the top will be changed to notify you a change has taken place. Any change takes effect to all users of the Apps on its effective date. We encourage you to review this document regularly as continued use of the Apps constitutes your acceptance of the Policy along with its revisions.
Your Privacy Rights
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Massachussetts and elsewhere where applicable to the extent permitted by law. If you are a resident of another state, you may be entitled to additional provisions of the state’s privacy laws.
